"Login Failed" Error
Solution:
This will usually happen when you type in your name or password incorrectly, so the solution is fairly simple.

Step 1 (Final Step):
Simply re-type your username and password cautiously, making sure you're inserting them correctly.
*NOTE: This could also happen if you shared your account with another player and they changed your password. Please remember that sharing accounts is against the game rules, and puts your access to your own account at risk.

Launcher stuck on "Connecting"
This error happens when your login doesn't advance from the "Connecting" stage and should look like the picture at the left.
This happens either when you don't have an internet connection or the server is down. Since Alicia is an online game and requires and internet connection, if you don't have an internet connection, you won't be able to play this game. |
Solution:
Since this isn't your launcher's error or the files' error, all you can do is troubleshoot internet connection issues or check the server's status.

Step 1:
Check your internet connection. If the icon looks like the picture below, you should have access to internet. If not, find a connection. Once you find a good connection, this should be the final step. You should also try using internet via an internet cable. Once you have an internet connection, you'll be able to log in the game and play.

If you still get the error even though you have a good internet connection, open your browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc...) and go to the Alicia website: http://aliciagame.com/
- If you can't open this website, it means the Alicia server is currently shut down.
- If you can open this website, it might be the case that the server is overcrowded. If you really want to log in the game, keep trying to log in, although this is not advisable, since if the server is in fact overcrowded, more players trying to get in the game may cause the server to crash.
- You can also check the Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Alicia3D/) or VK page (https://vk.com/alicia_english) to get updates on the server status.

Find Alicia_setup_008.exe in your computer.
It is probably under your other downloads next to "Alicia_Launcher_Install_Beta" if you keep the files, but if you wanna find it easily, do it by searching "Alicia_setup_008" on your search bar if you have Windows 10.
If you don't have this file you can download it again in the website: http://aliciagame.com/guide/download

After both Solution 1 and 2 failed to help, you should follow this one. This is related to your Antivirus, which can be blocking Alicia from starting.

Step 4 (Final Step):
In the case where the Antivirus program still deletes Alicia files despite you whitelisting it, the only quick solution is to turn your Antivirus off while you're playing and downloading Alicia.
*This isn't very advisable as ideally you want to keep your antivirus on, regargless of what you're doing in your computer, so use it only as a last measure.

E:90011 Error
Solution:
This problem has a very simple solution and isn't game breaking. This actually used to pop up in the original Korean server too and simply means your game is already open.

Depending on your Antivirus, there are ways to claim Alicia.exe as a "safe" program. You should search for your specific's Antivirus name on Google and look for how to mark Alicia.exe as "safe".
If your Antivirus isn't blocking Alicia.exe or you don't have an Antivirus, it's likely that your computer is infected with a malware or a virus. This is not to be blamed upon downloading the Alicia files, since they don't contain viruses. Instead, get an antivirus as soon as possible and run it to get rid of the malicious software.

"NTLEAS" Error
The "NTLEAS" error is when the window at the left shows up, while trying to start the game.
This issue happens with certain computers and stop you from being able to open the game in any way. Because Alicia was created in a Korean environment, some computers don't run it unless they're in a Korean environment. |

Trouble downloading the game files in aliciagame.com
Sometimes it will happen when you're trying to download the game files, that your Browser, Windows Defender or Antivirus may warn against it.
And sometimes, the files won't download easily because of the server's connection or your own internet connection. |
Solution:
Step 1:
Make sure to check your internet connection, and make sure you have a strong, stable connection.
If your internet connection is strong and you can access other websites and make downloads easily, see Step 2.
